The dresses we stock online are very limited in sizes. If you are after a particular dress in a size that is not available, please get in contact with customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org.Whilst we cannot guarantee the availabiity of the stock, we will endeavour to seek the product for you.
Sizing at Miss Dressy vary across the different labels. For help choosing the best fit, please refer to the size guide provided along with the dress descriptions. These size charts should only be used as a guide only.
We recommend getting a tape measure and measuring the bust, waist, and the widest part of the hips and comparing it to the measurements that have been provided. Size chosen should be based on the measurements closest to your own.
Placing an Order
Once an order has been placed, we will send out a notification email to let you know that we have received your order and confirm that your item is in fact in stock. We will then pack and prepare your order for delivery. Once full payment has been received from our end your order will be dispatched immediately. You will receive another email to notify you that your package has been dispatched. You will also be provided with a tracking number and link that will allow you to check the progress of your delivery.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes to the order. However, once you have received your goods you do have the options to return the goods for a refund or store credit. Please refer to our store refund and store credit policy.
Contact and Communication
At Miss Dressy our number one goal is customer satisfaction. To continually strive to meet our goal we welcome all forms of feedbacks and enquiries. All feedbacks and enquiries can be made directly to email@example.com, or simply by completing the 'Contact Us' located at the bottom of the website.
We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours, however, please be patient with us especially during sales and seasonal periods.
Feel free to also add a review about the dress you have purchased. By doing so, you will help other online shoppers like yourself decide whether a service or product is right for them. A product review can be added by logging into your account.
Shipping and Delivery
Free delivery within Australia with any orders over $150. For all orders under $150 there is an additional delivery and postage handling charge of $10.
Miss Dressy recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example a residential location or your workplace of employment, where someone will be present to sign for the delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to a PO BOX address. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you with regards to the issue as soon as possible.
We will dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days upon receiving full payment. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Your package should arrive within 2 business days for metropolitan regions and up to 5 days for country regions.
Please note that during busy sales and seasonal periods, you may receive delay in receiving your order. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Signature is required upon delivery, unless delivery instructions have been provided. If you are not in attendance when the courier attempts delivery, a card will be left in your letterbox to arrange re-delivery or collection from depot.
Refunds and Store Credits
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Miss Dressy is happy to provide a full refund or store credit for all full priced and sale items within 14 working days of receipt of your order. For all returns, item/s must be in the original conditions as purchased, with all labels, and tickets attached. Please retain the box the item was packaged in, as this will be used to send the dress back to us.
Due to limited sizes, we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange your item. For this reason, we offer store credits instead of an exchange so that will allow you to revisit our online store to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, providing it is available. Store credits are available for up to 365 days from date of issue.
Please notify Miss Dressy of your intention to return any item by submitting a returns form online. Once your application has been received we will send you a reply paid label for you to download, print and attach to the outside of the parcel. In addition, please print your invoice emailed to you upon despatch of the order, and enclose in the parcel with your item/s. All returns are to be addressed to-

All postage expenses for returns of purchases under $150 will be at your own expense. We will notify you of the cost once you have completed the return form.
Once the item has been received and reviewed, you will be issued with either a store credit or full refund, excluding cost of postage. You will be refunded back to your original method of payment. If you paid for your purchase by a gift card, you will be sent another store credit/gift card as soon as the refund has been processed.
At Miss Dressy, we will do our best to make sure everything we send to our customers is in perfect conditions. However, if you believe the item you have received from us is faulty, due to damage during delivery or a manufacturing fault, please let us know as soon as possible.
Store Gift Cards
Store gift cards can be purchased online. The gift card will be emailed to the recipient after your order has been submitted and paid for.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if stolen or lost.
If the full amount is not redeemed, the remaining balance will remain on the gift card. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
If a gift card is insufficient for the order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment by other means
We accept the following form of payments: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, bank transfers and Miss Dressy's store gift cards.
From time to time, Miss Dressy may run promotions that are redeemable by entering a promotional code at checkout.
Discount offers and promotions do not apply to gift cards.
Please always check further terms and conditions supplied with the offer or promotion at the time.
Win Yourself Your Dream Dress
The competition is only available on our social media profiles and is open to all Australian residents.
In order to enter the competition on Facebook you have to complete the following requirements;

In order to enter the competition on Instagram you have to complete the following requirements;

Entrants are allowed a maximum of 2 entries by completing the requirements on both Instagram and Facebook.
Entrants will be put in a draw to win a dress of their choice. Winner has 12 months to redeem their prize.
Competition ends Sunday 5th February, 2017 at 11:59PM AEST. The lucky winner will be announced on social media on Tuesday 7th February, 2017. Winner will be contacted and notified of result via social media. Winner must provide a valid email address and postal address for the prize to be sent to.
To join, simply make a purchase within the first two months of our website launch. The promotions runs from 8 November 2016 until 11:59pm AEST 8 January 2017.
All purchasers will be automatically made a lifetime Founder Member in our system and will receive a confirmation email.
All Founder Members will receive:
- 10% of all future purchases made on Full Priced products. The 10% benefit is not valid on sale items, and/or in conjunction with any other discount/promotions unless otherwise specified
- $50 gift card issued on your birthday. To be eligible for your birthday reward you must provide your date of birth

- Automatically opt to receive regular communication from Miss Dressy pertaining to the Founder Members programs and other Miss Dressy news, updates and offers by emails, SMS, phone, and/or post
- Will not hold Miss Dressy liable or responsible for any email communication to any member that has been misdirected, lost or not received
- Will allow Miss Dressy the right to amend or replace these terms and conditions, and the features and benefits of the Founder Member group at any time. Members will be notified of amendments via email.
